Rocky V är en amerikansk sportdramafilm från 1990 i regi av John G. Avildsen och skriven av och med Sylvester Stallone i huvudrollen. Det är uppföljaren till Rocky IV (1985) och den femte delen i Rocky-filmserien. Den har också Talia Shire, Burt Young, Sage Stallone i sin filmdebut, Tommy Morrison och Burgess Meredith. I filmen går en ekonomiskt kämpande Rocky Balboa (Stallone) med på att träna skyddslingen Tommy Gunn (Morrison) på gymmet som en gång ägdes av Balboas tränare, Mickey Goldmill (Meredith).
