Amsterdam, Salomon Schouten, 1736. 8vo. 15,7 x 9 cms. [16] + 168 pp. and [4] + 36 pp. respectively.
Worn marbled boards c. 1800, corners with glue stains throughout, sometimes with loss of pagination, slight paper loss to title, a few short tears. Name in gilt on front cover: ”H. Laspeyres” (possibly the German entomologist Jakob Heinrich Laspeyres, 1769-1809). Later in the Linnean collection of Lars Bergquist (1930-2022).
