Kerstin Danielsson was a Swedish studio ceramist and artist. She studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence in the USA from 1961 to 1965. Upon her return to Sweden in 1968, she settled in Marks kommun and remained active there for the rest of her life. She undertook numerous study trips and was influenced by historical ceramics. Kerstin Danielsson primarily worked with utilitarian ceramics. The early death of a child also left an imprint on her production. Kerstin Danielsson exhibited in several solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions. In addition to public art in various municipalities and regions, she is also represented at the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm and the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg.
