Olle Ohlsson had access to 4 kg of gold at this time, from which he created 15 modern gold boxes. "The boxes were made to carry various messages; they convey different visions of love's happiness and Swedish summer" (Gunnar Brusewitz, Anne-Marie Ericsson, "Olle Ohlsson Silver & Gold", Förlags AB Wiken, Lund 1991, p. 17).
