More information

Introduced in 1969, the Omega Speedmaster Mark II was the first significant redesign of the iconic Speedmaster since its inception. Housed in a robust, tonneau-shaped stainless steel case, the reference ST 145.014 embodies the bold spirit of the era while maintaining the professional tool-watch heritage of its predecessor.

This particular variant, known among collectors as the “Racing Dial,” stands out with its high-contrast minute track, vibrant orange accents, and applied luminous markers – all designed to enhance legibility at a glance. Beneath the mineral crystal ticks the manually wound calibre 861, the workhorse movement that replaced the legendary calibre 321 and powered many Speedmasters during the Apollo era.
