A pair of Swedish silver candelabras, marks of Pehr Zethelius, Stockholm 1797 and Daniel Hedberg, Eksjö 1829.

Obelisk-shaped shaft, on a square base with applied antiqued medallions, chamfered corners, and ball feet. Removable leaf-decorated arms with urn-shaped candle holders. One weight indication 41 1/8 (lot). Total height 29.5 cm and 50 cm. Total weight 2680 g.

More information

One candlestick is made by Pehr Zethelius in Stockholm in 1797 and the other, which is a mirrored copy, is made by Daniel Hedberg in Eksjö in 1829. There is a difference of about ½ cm in height.
