An 18K gold box with black enamel and rose-cut diamonds. W.A. Bolin, Moscow 1912-1917.

The box of rounded form, in center of the lid a scene in polished gold against a background of black matted opaque enamel, picturing a lady in front of a mirror held by a cupid in art deco style, surrounded with rose cut diamonds. Later marked W.A. Bolin Stockholm 1919. Inside the lid is a mirror. Original fitted case included. Height 1.3 cm. Width 4 cm. Length 5.2 cm. Weight: 35.4 g.
