Terrestrial globe comprised of hand engraved and coloured gores. The legend reads: "HARRIS / and SON, / Opticians, / LONDON, 1812." Contained in the original skin case opening into two concave hemispheres, each with a celestial chart of half the sky. Axis pins to the poles. The globe's diameter excluding the axis pins 70, the case's diameter 76mm.
