More information

Johan Jacob Lincke was, in his time, one of the most prominent watchmakers in Copenhagen, but today he is best known for taking on the 14-year-old apprentice Jörgen Jörgensen in 1759, who later went on to establish the watchmaking dynasty Jürgensen.
