An ebonised George III striking bracket clock with pull repeat marked 'John Taylor London', late 18th century.

The ebonized case richly adorned with repoussé and pierced brass mounts. The brass dial with steel hand and a boss marked "John Taylor / London", presumably J.T of Gloucester street (circa 1780). Date and repeater function. Length 29, width 19, height 56.5 cm. Key, pendulum and hour hand included. Key included.
