The Patek Philippe Ellipse ref. 3605 was produced from 1971 until the early 1980s. It is one of the largest Ellipse watches ever made by Patek Philippe and also one of the few Ellipse references with a date display. This reference was the first Ellipse to use the caliber 28-255C, the same caliber used in the Nautilus ref. 3700/1.
