Sculpted in the shape of a melon on a leaf, decorated in purple camaieu. Length 23 cm. Height 14 cm.

Provenance

From the Collection of the Swedish Banker, Art Collector and Mecenat Falk Simon (1874-1957), Gothenburg, thence by descent. Falk Simon was an important collector of antiques and art in Sweden, he donated his renowned silver collection to the Röhsska Museum in 1934.
