14K, rectangular with chain, engraved decor of flowers and acanthus, the lid set with syntetic saphires and old cut diamonds, the interior with different compartments, mirror, writing board, pencil and a watch from Longines, serial number 2'277'794. Length 9,5, width 7,1 cm, weight 228 gram.
