'Roosevelt Warehouse, Public Schools Book Depository', 2007
Certificate accompanies the work. Edition 6/9. C-print 98 x 123 cm including frame.
Built by Albert Kahn and originally known as Roosevelt Warehouse, it was the main post office in Detroit. When the post office moved, the warehouse was then used to store books and school supplies for the city's public schools. In 1987, the book depository was damaged by fire. Because of insurance problems, nothing was recovered.
