Oscar Matthiesen, född 8 juli 1861 på Schloss Gottorf i Schleswig, död 28 december 1957 i Ordrup, Köpenhamn, var en dansk konstnär och skriftställare. 1893 utsågs han till kommissarie för den danska delen i The World Fair Chicago.
Bland Matthiesens mest kända verk märks den 5 x 10 meter stora oljemålningen "Svenske Officerer rider i Bad" som han utförde 1906 till Dragonmuseet i Ystad. Tavlan finns numera placerad på Ystads konstmuseum.
