Elisabeth Ohlson (f.d Ohlson Wallin) har inspirerats av bibliska scener och berättelser. Hennes stora genombrott kom med utställningen Ecce Homo 1998, en serie fotografier där välkända framställningar ur Nya Testamentet iscensattes med modeller från sexuella minoriteter. Så sent som 2019 tvingades hennes verk ”Paradiset”, Sveriges första HBTQ-altartavla, ner från S:t Pauli kyrka i Malmö.
