A tapestry, "Wolf hunting", tapestry weave, ca 250,5 x 240,5 cm, Flanders first half of the 17th century or older.

Probably Oudenarde. A polychrome landscape with a hunting scene with a wolf, men on horseback, hunting dogs, entourage, flowers and trees. In the background a city. Wool and silk. Lined.

Slightly reduced, the border is missing, slightly faded. Some wear, dirty, stains, minor damages, repairs, rewoven areas. The outer border is later, the lining has damages.
