The Annual Calendar was first launched in 1996, patented by Patek Philippe. It was the first wristwatch to automatically display the day, date and month regardless of the duration of the month. Ref. 4936 was the first Annual Calendar for ladies but with a modern size of 37 mm this makes a dress watch for men to wear as well.
