Two famille rose tea pots, Qing dynasty, Qianlong (1736-95).

One decorated wiht flowers in a garden. Height 17 cm. Lenght 22,5 cm. The other decorated with goldfish in a pond. Height 11 cm, lenght 18 cm.

Hair cacks. Finials with wear to glaze.

Provenance

From the Collection of Claes Wirseen (1939-2020). Pharmacist Claes Wirseen grew up in a family with a passion for Art and Antiques, he and his wife continued the tradition and were frequent visitors to the Fine Art viewings of the Auction Houses in Stockholm. He became interested in Asian art in the 1980’s and started to build up his collcetion at that time, never tiring to learn more about the Asian Ceramics and Works of Art.
