A Silvermounted Meissen tankard, 1740's. Silver makers mark, Nürnberg, Joh. Nic. Wollenberg (1759-1789).

Cylindrical shape, decorated in underglaze blue with flowers, painted and gilded decoration. Cover in gilded silver with a Russian coin "Ekaterina Imperatirica" (Catherine I), coin dated 1727. Gilded silver on footrim. Height 17,5 cm.
