A RUG, a semi-antique silk Kashan relief (souf), ca 300 x 199,5 cm.
A light blue melange flat weaved ground with polychrome knotted patterns of palmettes, arabesques and cloud band. A light blue main border with a flower, arabesque and palmette vine.
The flat weave has some parlty harder wear, slightly dirty, minor stains, repairs, minor holes. The sides and ends have minor damages. Insignificant wear.
