A CANDLESTICK, bronze/copper alloy, Ottoman, Turkey 16th-17th century, height 24 cm, the foot diameter 15,5 cm.

Cast and turned. A contoured bell shaped foot, cylindrical shaft and a light pipe with lines. The inside of the foot is flat with decorated with lines. Compare with museum numbers M.53-1967 and 931-1884 in the collections of the Victoria & Albert museum.
