Gilded and patinated bronze, veneered with red marble. Two sitting putti, one with a map with engraved text "MER DU NORD, KOLA, LAPONIE MOSCOVITE, FINMARCHIE, VDRONTHEN, LAPONIE NORVEGIENNE, MER BLANCHE". Dial marked "DENIERE FAB.T DE BRONZES" (Jean-François Deninger called Denière 1775-1866, bronze manufacturer in Paris during the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th century). The case with décor for the Art with easel, a bust, a winged Genie with torch. Length 55, width 20, height 59 cm. Pedulum included. Key included.
