Red beech, upholstered in turquoise blue fabric. Length 230 cm, depth 80 cm, height 75 cm (seat height 42 cm).

Edward Wormley's model 5316 was designed for the American company Dunbar in 1959.
Wormley's company Dunbar collaborated with the Swedish furniture manufacturer Ljungs Industrier / DUX, who presented a series of what they called "Bra Bohag", where this version was marketed as "New York" in the most expensive price category.
The designer Alf Svensson was creative director of the DUX company and designed a series of models included in the series.
He also took in other designer models, including Greta Magnusson Grossman's lamps for the sister company Bergboms.
Ljung Industrier and Adolf Ljung founded the Mattress factory DUX merged in the 1950s, while the lighting company Bergboms was incorporated into the group.
