attributed to, an ebonized wood and walnut desk, Turin, Italy ca 1900.

Decorated with inlays of pewter, copper, brass and bone, fitted with hammered copper Stamped underneath with retailer's mark, A.O Hedblom Hudiksvall, Sweden. Length 124 cm , width 82 cm, height 77,5 cm.

Wear, some damages and pieces missing.

Provenance

Bought at a local auction after the then deceased Axel Lehman in Helsingland, Sweden in the 1980s. Mr Lehman founded a linen factory in Holma, Helsingland in 1898. He married 1899 with Freja Hådell.
