A blue and white vase, Ming dynasty with Wanlis six character mark.

Well-potted baluster form, decorated with peacocks amidst flowering peony plants and rockwork, all set between rows of lappets. The base with a Wanli six-character mark in underglaze blue within a double circle. Height 12,5 cm.

Rim cut down, firingspots. Minor chips.
