two 'Taburett No: 2' cast iron stools by Näfveqvarns bruk, Sweden post ca 1925.

Cast iron and wooden planks lacquered in green. Length 105 and 103,5 cm, width 47 cm, height 51 cm (height of the seat 43,5 cm).

Weathered, minor rust and wear.

Provenance

Dokumenterat innehav på herrgård utanför Flen sedan 1950-talet, möjligen även tidigare.

Designer

Folke Bensow was a Swedish architect and designer. From 1915 to 1930, he ran his own architectural firm in Stockholm and also worked as a furniture designer for, among others, Näfveqvarn.
