After Wen Zhengming (1470-1559). Ink and colour on paper. Calligraphy and three paintings with two red seals, and one painting with one red seal. Each 79,2 x 40 cm.

Provenance

From the collection of John Wilson. Manager of the Textile Machinery Department in China of Victor Sasoons’ Empire, Mr John Wilson and Margit Bond, an employee of the Swedish Consulate, they got married September 1st 1949 in the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Shanghai. Thence by descent.
