BED COVER. Double-interlocked tapestry. 193,5 x 126,5 cm. Scania, Sweden, around 1820-1830.
Probably Yngsjö/Tuvåkra. Woven in two parts. The ground with four rows of polychrome octagons and stylized trees of life, flowers and "eight petal stars". Zigzag patterned border with flowers and birds.
Some wear, slightly dirty, stains, minor damages and mothdamages. The sides and ends have minor damages.
