A dark blue ground with a dense polychrome herati pattern. A narrow red main border with a palmette, flower, pomegranate and arabesque vine.
Some partly hard wear, dirty, stains, minor damages and repairs. The sides and ends have minor fold wear and damages.
Provenance
The jeweller to the Swedish court Karl Andersson, Villa Kåa, Kungliga Djurgården, Stockholm. Thereafter herited within the family.
