Bilden ingår i en serie som togs när Dana Sederowsky var Hasselbladsstipendiat under en månads tid på Villa San Michele under september 2004. Vistelsen resulterade i bildsviten "Capri, Villa San Michele". Bilderna behandlar de existentiella frågorna som Dr Munthe hade som livselexir rörande skönheten, kärleken och livet.
Sederowskys bilder kunde senast ses på Fotografiska i Stockholm under maj - augusti 2014. Hon kommer att ha en stor separatutställning på Göteborgs Konsthall 21 februari - 19 april 2015.
