A pair of blue and white bowls, Republic (1912-49) with Qianlongs sealmark.

Slightly flairing rim. Painted to the exterior with four roundels at the cardinal points each enclosing a character of the greeting wan shou wu jiang, 'boundless longevity', amid lotus scrolls and the bajixiang, the interior with a central shou roundel encircled by the eight emblems. Daimeter 18,3 cm.
