Melchior Wernstedt, Sweden (1886-1973).
Architect. Professor of building technology and ornamental design at the Chalmers University of Technology in 1925-51. Melchior collaborated with Ragnar Östberg on the building of the Stockholm City Hall, where he designed the light fixtures and the Bellmankällaren Restaurant. Wernstedt also showed a bedroom furniture suite at the 'Verkstaden exhibition' in 1920.
