A rhinoserous libation cup, Qing dynasty, (1644-1912).

Carved using the natural shape and full length of the horn, the lower part around the rim subtly carved with flame motifs in accordance with the natural configuration of the fibers. A small carved fish to interior. Weight 758 gram. Height 24,5 cm.

Small drilled hole by rim. Cracks due to dryness of material.
