Provenance

Halsbandet var en gåva från en av de sista guldvaskarna i Anchorage, Alaska, vid namn Prospetor John på 1960-talet. Guldet beskrivs ha vaskats upp utanför Nome. Ett ex av Året runt från 1969 medföljer som beskriver händelsen.
