A famille rose armorial tureen with cover, Qing dynasty, Qianlong (1736-95) ca 1746. Finely decorated with the English arms of Davis and Southerne and border panels. Length 34,5 cm.

Tureen with repair/restoration to one handle.

Coat of arms for Davis of Enfield in Middlesex, granted to Davis of London and Westminster 1746, with Sotherne in pretence.
